Southcoast Health began working with Aon in 2010 in an effort to control the spiraling costs of its employee health plan and improve members’ health. Southcoast Health at a Glance

Southcoast Health is a community-based, not-for-profit health delivery system providing a continuum of health services in 33 communities in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The system includes three hospitals, VNA services, and more than 40 medical office practices. The system employs approximately 7,000 people. Its self-insured health plan provides coverage to more than 10,000 employees and dependents.
