As Senior Vice President in the Health Solutions practice, Nancy cultivates and leads Aon’s relationships with major global clients.  In support of her clients’ goals, Nancy oversees the delivery of a broad range of specialized services and initiatives, providing ongoing critical analysis and strategic advice. She has extensive experience managing M&A related health and benefits harmonization specifically in the technology sector.  This work includes strategy redesign, measurement solutions, and complex bidding and negotiations. 


In addition to her client work, Nancy is part of Aon’s global innovation and thought leadership team.  This team is responsible for development and deployment of strategic solutions that drive client success.  


Prior to joining Aon in 2018, she was a partner at a major global consulting firm where she served as the lead consultant for several of their largest employers.  Nancy initiated and led their national health and benefits retail vertical that provided enterprise-wide thought leadership specific to the retail sector. Nancy began her career in large market sales for a national health plan where she was trained in underwriting and learned the intricacies of provider payment models and care management.

As the East Region Large Market Leader in Aon’s Health & Benefits practice, Kevin is responsible for driving strategy, growth and retention for large market employers in the region.  In this role he will work closely with our offices in the East to build intellectual capital, healthcare innovation capabilities and comprehensive forward-thinking strategies for Aon’s large market clients.  Additionally, Kevin will serve as a Senior Level Strategist for key accounts in the region to develop advanced benefits strategies targeting trend mitigation, digital navigation, technology and engagement to assist employers with adjusting to the evolving benefits landscape.


Prior to joining Aon, Kevin served as the East Market Exchange Solutions Leader at a large Consulting firm.  He has over 19 years of experience in Employee Benefits, including Consulting, Underwriting, Engagement and Account Management.


Kevin is a recognized leader in developing innovative benefit strategies for both mid-size and large employers. He has also been a driving force in the evolution of private exchanges and digital engagement and has been a keynote speaker at numerous industry seminars and conferences.  Topics for his speaking engagements include Health Care Reform, Employee Benefits Trends, Technology and Consumerism.

Andrea Grande is a Vice President in Aon Hewitt’s Health & Benefits Consulting Group based in the Boston office and is a member of the National Pharmacy Practice team.  Her primary responsibilities are to deliver consultative services on leading market approaches encompassing all matters impacting pharmacy.  Andrea will assist clients by providing strategic solutions on formulary alignment, market trend, plan design, and drug utilization management programs, with an emphasis on the specialty landscape.  Andrea also provides RFP services from creation, to evaluation and completion.  She will work with clients to assure that installation is complete, accurate, and seamless.  Andrea also leads contract reviews, market checks, and prescription audits that may include benefit design, financials, and rebates.  


Andrea joined Aon Hewitt in October of 2015 after serving in a similar role at Towers Watson.  Prior to her career in consulting, Andrea worked for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, a large Boston area managed care health plan, of over one million lives.  As Director of Pharmacy Operations, Andrea successfully led a dedicated team of subject matter experts responsible for pharmacy programs and operations.


Areas of business focus included clinical drug evaluation and policy, formulary development, trend management and forecasting.  Andrea also performed PBM and Specialty pharmacy contracting with an emphasis on outstanding service delivery in addition to competitive pricing.  Andrea has experience in executing innovative product designs encompassing both pharmacy and medical drug channels, and 340B programs for in-house pharmacy sites.

Peter is a Senior Vice President and the Local Health & Benefits (H&B) Practice Leader in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, Peter is responsible for managing all aspects of Aon’s Boston H&B consulting services, ensuring client value with insightful strategic advice, practical solutions, rigorous financial management, expert guidance and day-to-day support (as an extension of a client’s internal teams). 

Prior to joining Aon in 2017, he worked as a lead consultant for a major global consulting firm, where he partnered with clients in multiple industries on a range of complex and business-critical health and benefit challenges, driving improvements in costs, quality, service and employee engagement. Earlier in his career, he was vice president of human resources for a large financial services company, responsible for U.S. employee benefits and compensation programs, workforce systems and reporting, finance, compliance, communications and employee relations, and was the HR business partner for both U.S. and global administrative services. Prior to this, Peter managed a communications consulting group.

Peter’s expertise includes his unique perspective to his consulting, where he understands the importance of developing well-informed strategy that can be executed effectively and timely. He traverses easily between the C-suite and the front-line, bring all perspectives to bear in getting to the best client solutions. He is also adept at developing true partnerships among clients and their vendors to best leverage his clients’ investments.
